Website Design & Development

We built The Reef’s website to highlight the property’s key selling points while showing each residence’s layout, amenities, customization options, and availability. We used renderings while the property was being built, swapping in high-resolution photos, drone footage, and video walkthroughs once we were able to capture them.

Outdoor Signage

While the property was in development, we maximized the exposure brought by summertime Shore traffic by putting up banners, window displays, and other on-property signage.

Photo & Video

Given The Reef’s ideal location just steps from the Atlantic Ocean, drone footage was a no-brainer. We coordinated exterior and interior footage as well. The video content brought the website to life along with a first a wave of social media posts and digital ads.

Netwave also conducted several on-site photoshoots for additional assets, knowing that with the website completed, our marketing was just getting started.

Print Collateral

Sell sheets, flyers, and an expansive brochure gave The Reef’s real estate team the printed materials they needed to go out and market the residences. Meanwhile, we continued on our path of building out a broader plan comprising other advertising tactics.

Social Media Management

Netwave launched Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages for The Reef, followed by weekly feed content and stories promoting open houses, updates, and key selling points.

Lead Generation

With foundational marketing in place, it was time to develop a robust advertising strategy focused on bringing sales leads to The Reef. We implemented various tactics including:

Digital Advertising

We organized and launched an aggressive campaign to promote The Reef online to prospective homeowners. We used various targeting tools to ensure that the people we were serving ads to fit our target demographic.

Print Advertising

To reach commuters and older audiences, Netwave reserved ad space, designed artwork and negotiated rates and packages in affluent publications such as the New York Times and Jersey Digs.
