Finding the right fit.
People don’t browse apartments casually. They’re trying to narrow options, confirm details, and decide where they want to be.
Across New Jersey, Walters is known for thoughtfully designed, affordable communities. Originally launched in 2018, the Walters Apartments website naturally needed a refresh to deliver a clearer, more intuitive walkthrough for prospective residents.

One connected experience.
Each Walters Apartments community has its own income requirements, floor plans, amenities, and availability. The new site lets users move through those details seamlessly. Community pages follow a consistent structure, so visitors can compare locations and understand the options.

Bringing the details forward.
On the community pages, the information is laid out to be absorbed quickly. Feature tables organize requirements clearly, and galleries give visual context without overwhelming the page.
On mobile, horizontally scrolling images allow users to browse naturally, without interrupting the flow. The experience stays focused on helping visitors review details and move forward, rather than forcing extra steps or page jumps.

Familiar by design.
Walters takes cues from the apartment search websites that people already know how to use. Navigation patterns feel intuitive. Layouts prioritize scanning. Content flows in a way that mirrors how apartment searches typically take shape.

Built to support growth.
New communities, updated content, and expanded information can be added without disrupting the overall structure or experience. The flexibility gives Walters Apartments a platform that can support its long-term mission and vision.
From the client:
“I rarely use a pen, but I’ve had this one for almost five years…Through two jobs, countless meetings, the cap’s chewed, the logo is faded and it’s almost out of ink. So why do I still have it? Because Netwave was the first agency I instantly clicked with. They’re an incredible team of creative, detail-oriented and thoughtful humans. They coordinated and developed our dream site, and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. A huge thank you to Christian, Nick, Amy, and the rest of the team!”
